We have been flat out with camps over the last few months, braving the cold. There is nothing quite like winter in the ‘bush’! I’ll let you in on a little secret… the temperature is usually 2-3 degrees cooler here that it is in the burbs! That’s right, those nights that everyone is freezing in the city we are colder!
How do we do it you ask? Well, in the camp kitchen is a beautiful old wood stove that we are sure to keep stoked so you can eat your breakfast in warmth but the fire pit is a lifesaver. There really isn’t anything quite like roasting a few (or more) marshmellows on a clear night!
